After the order is confirmed, it will usually be dispatched within 7-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
1. We will use SF Express, and the charges for a single order are as follows:
- "Free local shipping" for orders of $800 or above
- Shipping fee is $30 for orders less than $800
*Free shipping does not apply to products such as trial packs, beauty aids, and medical supplies.
**If the item is not picked up within the pickup period after being sent, the item will be returned and all reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
2. Macao region:
All Macau orders use SF collect service, and the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
3. Overseas regions:
