2. Payment Methods
NetSayPro wholesale orders only accept bank transfer and FPS payments.

3. Logistics and Delivery
NetSayPro accepts international orders and ships to various countries worldwide. The logistics fees for orders will be determined based on the situation.

4. Delivery Time
NetSayPro's warehouse is located in Hong Kong. Generally, local orders will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days after payment is completed. Delivery time and costs will depend on the product's attributes and the delivery location. Shipping time is approximately 3 - 14 days (depending on customs clearance in individual regions), with remote areas potentially requiring a few additional business days.


5. Product Disclaimer
NetSayPro will not be liable for any losses incurred during the delivery process by logistics providers.

6. Product Return and Exchange Policy
All wholesale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold. NetSayPro reserves the right to refuse any return or refund requests.


7. Shipment Errors / Damaged Products
If the buyer finds any incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the products. NetSayPro will decide on a refund or reshipment based on the actual situation. If the buyer cannot receive the goods due to personal reasons (such as traveling or sudden refusal of contact), NetSayPro will not be held responsible. If this causes the product to be returned to NetSayPro's warehouse, the relevant logistics costs must be borne by the buyer, and the buyer must ensure the product is intact; otherwise, the buyer shall compensate for the corresponding losses.


8. Order Pre-Order
NetSayPro generally does not accept wholesale pre-orders. For orders confirmed for pre-order, the buyer must pay the total amount in advance. No cancellations will be accepted for confirmed pre-orders for any reason. If the buyer cancels the order, the 50% deposit paid will not be refunded.


9. Other Disclaimers
NetSayPro will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the buyer due to the following exceptional circumstances:

Any unrestricted strike, regional blockade, labor action, riots, terrorist attacks (or threats), war (whether declared or not), war threats, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic (and other natural disasters), or damage to public or private telecommunications networks.

In the event of the above circumstances, NetSayPro will:
- Immediately notify the buyer to arrange accordingly. The relevant business activities and shipments will be temporarily suspended, and the delivery period will be automatically extended. Arrangements for rescheduled product delivery dates will be made based on the actual situation at the time.


10. Order Rejection Rights
NetSayPro reserves the final interpretation of this wholesale contract and has the right to refuse related (additional) services and (additional) responsibilities.
