Redemption Rules:

Loyalty Program T&C

- NDollars expire after 720 days if unused; vouchers expire after 14 days once redeemed.
- Refunded orders will reduce related NDollars and voucher usage follows return policy.
Refer-a-Friend Program T&C
- Only new members making their first purchase are eligible for the $30 discount.
- The $30 discount applies to a single order with a minimum spend of HK$299.
- The discount voucher is valid for 7 days after being issued.
- Referrer earns 500 NDollars once the friend's first order is completed and marked "fulfilled".
- NDollars earned from referrals cannot be exchanged for cash.
