1. We will use SF Express, and the charges for a single order are as follows:
- "Free local shipping" for orders of $800 or above
- Shipping fee is $30 for orders less than $800

**If the item is not picked up within the pickup period after being sent, the item will be returned and all reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
2. Macao region:
All Macau orders use SF collect service, and the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

ISOV Kaolin Cream Mask is a kaolin deep-cleansing mask containing natural kaolin clay and multiple botanical extracts that gently absorb excess oil, dirt, and dead skin cells from pores. The cream texture is smooth and easy to spread, without over-drying or tightening the skin after use. The formula also contains soothing ingredients to balance the skin post-cleansing.
