Shipping & Delivery Information
After confirming your order, we typically arrange for shipment within 7–14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

The shipping charges for individual orders are as follows:
- orders > $800 : Free shipping
- orders < $800 : $50 shipping fee

2. SF Express Residential Delivery / SF Stations / SF Lockers
We use SF Express for delivery. The shipping charges for individual orders are as follows:
- Free shipping for orders of $800 or more
- A shipping fee of $30 for orders less than $800

*Free shipping does not apply to sample packs, beauty accessories, and medical supplies.
If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned. The customer is responsible for all re-shipment costs.
3. Macau Region
All Macau orders use SF Express cash-on-delivery service, and the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Overseas Regions
All overseas order shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (except SG & MY). Please contact our customer service department for shipping fee inquiries before placing an order.
