Exchange and Return

NetSayPro 7-Day Exchange and Return Service

NetSayPro provides a "7-day exchange and return service" for our customers. This service is only available for products with quality issues and does not include returns due to customer misuse or dissatisfaction with the product after receipt.

  • Please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (including outer packaging boxes, clear packaging bags, accessories, etc.). Returns or exchanges will not be processed if the original packaging is not intact.
  • Each order is eligible for one return only.
  • Customers can exchange products for others of equivalent value.
  • If the exchanged product is of lesser value than the original product, the difference will not be refunded.
  • Flash sale, limited edition pre-order products are not eligible for return.
  • Any related gifts must be returned along with the product.
  • Overseas customers are not eligible for the exchange or return service.

Non-returnable Items

  • Products received more than 7 days ago.
  • Products that have been opened or used (unless they are defective).
  • Products causing an allergic reaction (unsuitable for the customer).
  • Defective products that have been used more than 10% of their capacity.
  • Products not in their original packaging, damaged, or incomplete.
  • Any free gifts, accessories, or sample products.

If a customer experiences an allergic reaction to a product, it may indicate that the product is unsuitable for them. NetSayPro will not be responsible for any related costs or liabilities.

NetSayPro guarantees that all products are genuine. If a customer suspects a product has deteriorated and requests a return, we will send the product to the relevant manufacturer or agent for inspection and verification, which typically takes about a month. If the product is confirmed to be deteriorated, we are willing to accept returns for a refund or exchange.

If the returned product does not meet our return policy, the return will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience. NetSayPro reserves the final right of decision on all return and exchange matters.

Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is leaking or damaged, please keep the delivery box and related packaging, and provide us with the following information for prompt follow-up:

  • A photo of the delivery box's exterior (clearly showing any damage).
  • A photo of the inside of the delivery box (showing the bubble wrap or air packaging used to protect the product).
  • A photo of the damaged or leaking product.


Incorrectly Delivered Items
All products are checked by our packaging staff before shipment. If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product.

Order Refunds
No cancellations are accepted after an order has been placed, except in cases of out-of-stock items. If a customer wishes to cancel an order and request a refund for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind, failure to use a discount code, traveling), the customer will be responsible for a 4% refund processing fee.

Completion of Transaction
If no exchange or return request is made within 7 working days of receiving the product, the transaction is considered complete, and NetSayPro will not assume any legal liability or arrange for any product exchange or refund.

**Note: The quality of gifts and samples provided is not guaranteed, and no exchange service is offered. NetSayPro will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or improper use of products.**

NetSayPro reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel all offers or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
