How long does it usually take to arrange shipment of an order?
Certain brands require special orders, which typically take about 7-14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) to arrive. If needed, you can inquire with our customer service specialists beforehand.
Are all our products brand new and genuine?
NetSayPro only sells 100% genuine products from the original manufacturer. All our products come from legitimate suppliers or authorized distributors. The packaging of products sold on our website may differ depending on the region they were purchased from, as manufacturers design packaging to meet the sales needs of different regions. However, the products are 100% genuine. For example, the same product may have different packaging when sold in the USA compared to France or Japan, but the product quality remains the same as all genuine products come from the same manufacturer.
We guarantee 100% freshness of our products, as they are stored in a temperature-controlled indoor environment. Before packaging and shipping, we recheck the products to ensure they are in optimal condition when they reach our customers.
Unless otherwise stated for special products and promotional items, all other products without a specified expiration date will have at least one year or more before expiration.
Why do some products not have an expiration date printed on the packaging?
Some products do not have an expiration date printed on the packaging because the country of origin does not require it. For example, products imported from the USA may not have an expiration date when manufactured, and it is added only after arrival in Hong Kong. Therefore, many directly imported products from the country of origin may lack a printed expiration date. Additionally, if the Hong Kong agent does not add an expiration date after the product arrives, even Hong Kong original products may not have one. Most products can be stored unopened for 3 years and can be used for a year after opening (depending on the brand).
